Tip #1 – Stance

When is comes to your form in basketball your stance is very important. One of the most under coached techniques is your feet. When you plant your feet to shoot the ball there are several things that should be happening. They should be shoulder width apart. Your weight should shift to the balls of your feet. Most importantly your toes need to point towards the rim. Practice those three things and make it a habit. You will be on the road to a higher shooting percentage in no time!
